To view a list of items I reccommend to do before the shoot, please Click Here.

What areas do you service?

I serve all of Orange County. Primarily South Orange County. I also service the surrounding areas for an additional fee. The fee will vary depending on the property location. Contact me for additional details.

How long does it take to shoot a home?
A typical photo shoot will take between an hour and a half to two hours after arriving on site.

How long does it take after the shoot to get the images?

Once the images have been taken, I will edit the shoot and select the best images. These will be optimized for quality and delivered to you by Noon the following weekday, unless otherwise specified.

How are the images delivered?

All images are delivered via a download link that will be emailed to you, unless otherwise specified.

What size are the images you provide?

All images will meet a minimum resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels, usable for both internet and print (for print sizes up to 6" x 9") along with MLS sized files with a resolution of 900 x 600 pixels.

How far in advance do I need to schedule the photo shoot?
Requests for photography appointments should be submitted via either email (brandon@bmbdezines.com) or by phone (949.306.5298) with appropriate contact information in order to ensure a timely response. Confirmation by phone or email will occur within 24 hours to verify the date, time and location of the shoot. I ask that you place orders no less than 48 hours before your preferred time. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge.

What is your rescheduling policy?
If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment is subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling.

In the event of inclement weather precluding exterior photography, a pick-up shoot of the property exterior will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

Does someone need to be present at the shoot?
I can access the property via a lock box. Although I prefer if you or someone you authorize be present at the shoot to discuss important elements of the property, or areas that should not be photographed.

My goal is to provide 12-15 quality digital images (for a Basic Shoot; please refer to our Photography page for more information and other options), including exterior front and rear shots, one or more views of each major room, and views of the yard and/or views from the property, if any. Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, I will use my best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property.

Do you use additional light when photographing the property?
Yes. In additional to the ambient light I utilize off camera flashes. All shots will be taken to make the best use of available light.

What Rights and Usage do I have with the photos?
